Real rock would be Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Fats Domino, Bill Haley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and even Screamin' Jay Hawkins.

Maybe they should include that bizarre "ba-bwaamp-BWWAAAR" thing that was at the end of Pyromania. Not sure how many people listened to the whole album, but I remember that odd coda with a certain degree of fondness. I always wanted to call up and request it on radio stations.

I am a huge metal head, and hence hate everything Def Leppard stands for. There were some amazing bands to come out of the 80's, Def Leppard is not one of them.

This is mostly awesome. I can't help but be disappointed that their "Animal" will be in it, though--that pretty much guarantees Pearl Jam's "Animal" is a no-go. I was really hoping for that.
