As expected, yesterday came and went without a peep regarding the first expansion to Sony and Wizards of the Coast's fourth wall-bending
Eye of Judgment. March 27
was to be the date that the game's cards and required PSN download were to be released, but that was before something went awry, delaying the whole shebang, though oddly only for North America. Rather than speculate as the cause, we knocked on Sony's front door, and when Brian Keltner answered we asked him straight up,
what's the deal?
According to Sony, the North American delay can be blamed on "transportation delays from the European distributor of
The Eye of Judgment: Biolith Rebellion 2 (Set 2) trading cards." Keltner added that "we have yet to set a new launch date for the software and cards but plan to do so in the near future."

It appears to me that The Eye of Judgment was negligent & thus responsible for forcing that truck to go off of the highway.
If I was the driver I would get an attorney quick and sue! I would also pass the time with a DS or something, as it’s going to be a while before they can drag that truck back onto the road.

I guess the filed this wrong under Microsoft and not Sony.

What's the difference? They're both doing the same thing this gen while fighting for second place.
Man and to think THREE consoles were mimicing each other last gen!

Apparently Sony lacks the essential trading card business essential for the business. They should just drop out all together and count themselves lucky they made it this far with such a lack of crucial skills.
gadgetdevil @ Mar 28th 2008 6:01PM
You obviously don't own the game.
If you did, you would know that the game is made by Hasbro, which owns Wizards of the Coast. Wizards of the Coast published the Pokemon TCG series and the Magic TCG.
So they have more experience than ANY other company, and have "crucial skills" to spare.

I FAIL, I meant to say trading card business experience essential for the industry, damn it I want an edit button.

Having worked as a profesional driver transporting crew and such , Id say there may have been a 3rd party involved in the accident. and By looking at how the Truck is positiond, rear to where the car is ID sya he just may hav saved this drivers life by getting helo and probably chaining the car to his trailer. As for the wreck it could have been a number of things. When I say thrid party it could have been a deer another driver or somehting. with out actully being there, or with out video, we can interprpit this Photo any way we want to. I also worked with Video on the side for a Local Volunteer station. You really need tot ake a closer look at the Picture, you just might see what the sony truck really did, leave out the Biases and look at the people and look at it Nutrual.
