GameTrailers.com recently posted a tease about the next installment of their formerly weekly show, GameTrailersTV. The tease hints at an exclusive look at The Force Unleashed as well as excursive announcements set to be revealed on (what else?) SpikeTV a week from tomorrow (April 6). With so many different sub-IP's of Star Wars (see right) the supposed announcement could be all sorts of things. If it's as big as hinted it could be a whole new game, though with so many to choose from getting our hopes up for anything specific is just jumping the gun. Still, the Star Wars video games definitely need a fresh jolt of fun, and if this is a new game from one of the existing properties it would certainly fit with what Lucasarts has said in the past about continuing franchises.

NO, you are all missing the greatest Star Wars sub-IP yet to be exploited...Death Star Janitor: Wrath of the non-OSHA compliant walkways.

I'd love to get Star Wars Galaxies 2: The One That the Devs Don't Screw Up. It's just a pipe dream, but it could happen.

I'm hoping for a Republic Commando 2. It had really accessible squad controls and was just a lot of fun.

As great as Rogue Leader was on Gamecube it would BE FREAKING AWESOME to have a compilation of all episodes in this type of game setting on the Mighty 360!

Battlefront 3
Kotor 3
Or a new Jedi Academy...
Either of those would be awesome.
Hell can be something new to, Unleashed looks awesome.

Free Radical (the Haze guys) are currently working on Battlefront III for Lucas Arts. So they could well be announcing that.

A new Rogue Squadron would be sweet. Especially if it was on the 360, then they couldn't ruin it with motion controls.

Battlefront 3 please, please, please a thousand times please. I heard a while back that Free Radical are developing it, but nothing recently. I would love a next gen version of that game. Can you imagine Battlefront with the amount of people on screen as Dead Rising, or even Kameo? it would rock my socks off.

I'd like to see a new KoTOR, a new jedi knight, i've been playing outcast recently, or even better, an x-wing vs. tie fighter type game. If you guys thought rogue squadron and leader were good, you should try the PC game x-wing vs. tie fighter and the rest of that series. I loved x-wing alliance.

NEW-GEN X-WING VS. TIE FIGHTER YES PLEASE. Haha. Seriously, that'd be great.
Republic Commando 2 would also be fantastic. (On a sidenote, the Rep. Com. books are really good, at least as good as the game....)
Or BFIII, or JKIV, or KOTORIII... lots of great possibilities. Or something entirely new, of course.

I would ever so much like it to be an annoucement for KOTOR 3. Single player continuing on from the story of Darth Revan and the Jedi Exile that is, none of this MMO bullshit. I prefer to be anti-social if it concerns Star Wars, lol)

I really miss the old X-WING and TIE FIGHTER games. I can remember a couple of missions almost by heart.
