I'm with Frank. Online shooters are really all the same, other than the scenery the core gameplay never changes. Run around, shoot people, capture a flag, repeat.

I bought CoD4 and was appalled as to how short the single player game is. After 13 hours of online gameplay I am at Level 37 and really am just playing to justify spending $55 on the game. I really think a lot of the multiplayer maps are poorly designed and there are a lot better levels in the single player game that could have made better multiplayer maps. Every time I play now I want to just skip every map until the three decent ones come up again. I really don't want to pay for extra maps either. As I see it there are quite a few levels in the game that could be added to multiplayer without needing a huge download to modify.

Thats your opinion, however, its feeble... COD4 is #1 online for a reason. I'm sure you and frank make up the minority. I for one enjoyed the story mode.. enough to beat it twice.. on Veteran. As for online, lol.. We don't even need to go there..
