Mister Chief spotted tormenting the world!

Breaking news! Reports have been trickling in throughout the morning that Bungie's own monstrosity that we've all come to know as Mister Chief has been spotted in various locations across the globe. So far, reports are telling us that Mister Chief is up to no good, doing dastardly deeds including (but not limited to) kicking the elderly, littering in dog parks and screaming at infants. We have yet to be able to confirm if these Mister Chief incidents are valid, but we can confirm that most of the reports that we've received are coming from Northern Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Western Asia. If you are unlucky enough to cross Mister Chief's path, please, DO NOT attempt to reason with him as all attempts thus far have resulted in children crying and cars being filled will whipped cream (don't ask). Mister Chief is evil, stay away and be afraid!
