Mercenaries 2 blowing up August 31

We already knew that Mercenaries 2: World in Flames was headed for a delay, but now we know exactly how long we're going to have to wait. IGN is reporting today that the new date is August 31. We know! That seems like forever! They might as well make the date Nevervember the 37th.
The waiting isn't made any easier by this new trailer, which caters to that facet of our personalties games so often ignore: The part of us that likes to blow stuff up. ... Listen, we're sorry we got so upset earlier, we don't know what came over us. Just, please, for our sake, no more delays, OK? Please?

well damn, now WTF am I supposed to play in summer? This game was supposed to be out two months ago. At least it's not going into 2009 but this still sucks

hahaha- fair enough. scarred for life i suppose. but still, consider bia's pedigree! the first two were great stuff. and even though they did the whole 'wait until you heal' bs with this one, i'm still excited.

I would rather them wait and fine tune whatever still needs to be done, then put out a half-assed game.

Hmm, the lip-synching in that looked like trash. The blowing up looks like fun though. I never played the original, so I don't know it'll be like, but it looks fun.
