Out of warranty? I do not see how that is even if you bought a launch console. They extended the warranty out 3 years for everyone ... If its an out of warranty repair Microsoft will fix it or replace it for $100.00 or you could force RROD it with the towel trick (I had to do it twice) ...

Why would you want that same piece or crap that crapped out on you? Whether you fix it or buy a new one it's still going to be the same outcome. Sooner or later they all crap out (360).
That's just strange to me. The more they break the more NA buys them. LOL

I agree with you but if money is an issue $100.00 is cheaper for the moment than $499.99 ... I have said many times if my console was not fixed for free I would not buy another one ... People just love the games I suppose

Some people, such as myself, took it upon themselves to fix there 360 when it RRoD'ed on them long before MS extended the warrenty, thus voiding the extention.

also, how can you criticize north americans for buying 360's when Europe is constantly buying every movie tie-in game they see and japan chooses endless gundams over any quality western games. at least north america has godo taste in games.

So you're telling me you rather buy an Xbox 360 twice instead of buying a $499 console? I'm no mathematician but something is wrong with that equation.
Besides, PS3s are $399 with a second choice of $499.

Here's a simple solution for those of you guys whole loves your xbox 360. Stop buying them and eventually MS will reconsider about their flawed product. As long as 360s selling they will continue with the faulty consoles.
Personally, I think 360 has a decent software catalogue but I wouldn't dare invest a dime on a jeopardy.

Yeah this is bullshit. I live in Europe and I haven't seen this picture before in any of the videogame stores
were I live, the only picture they have is the MGS4 bundle picture. I know PS3 is selling well here in Europe but c'mon Sony.

Well the xbox 360 premium bundle comes with a multiplatform (Marvel Ultimate Alliance).

Also that in Japan there was a Ps3 bundle with Devil may cry 4,another multiplatform.GTA IV is pretty big so this is makes sense,also this is Sony they will negate it the first week and reveal it later as the big surprise.

yea, trouble is a US PS3 uses NTSC while a EU PS3 uses PAL, meaing games sold i EU can't be played on a US PS3.
