I don't edit Wikipedia... mainly because the flame wars always break out any any updates I do tend to get reverted.

I did, however, sneak Metroid's music composer onto the list of notable ambient music artists.

Just as a note, MCV is leaning toward Sony as things go, so this could well just be collective hype to get more pre-orders.

Proof? MCV is about as impartial as you can get.

Had this been about how good the 360 version was selling, you would not make a silly comment like that...

Look at their feature in GamesTM. They basically suck up to Reeves' possy, and states "…expect a real scrap between the two [Xbox Live and the PSN] over the next year not just in gaming but also in the wider entertainment space. Movie and TV downloads are just the start. Home represents something of an unknown quantity at the moment, but it could have limitless potential."

I don't deny that Home could be something big, but it's well nigh impossible to go up against Xbox Live. But then again, I dislike Sony's entire ethos now, so I do tend to be overly critical. Just wait, my console'll E74 soon just to prove me wrong.

What kind of game deprived fool is looking forward to Lair 2 or KZ2? Isn't that kind of like saying "hay guyz i cant waite for superman 64 2 to come out its gonna be awsum!!!"?

Take your pick of any system, and it has 100 games that will be superior to the sequels to those steaming piles. I mean, both originals were hyped up games that ended up being pieces of crap, why the hell do you expect any better out of the sequel?

When has there EVER been a hyped up game that fell flat on its face and then came back with a great sequel? I'm sure someone can dig one up somewhere, but I certainly can't think of one.

This is not meant to add any fuel to the fire in the console battle since I have all three, and this applies to hyped up sequels to hyped up games that ended up being sh*ty on any console, but these two are prime examples of it. And Motorstorm 2 and RFOM 2? C'mon, if you want to make a case how about you bring up, I dunno, freaking METAL GEAR SOLID 4 instead of four sequels to mediocre and/or P.O.S. games?

Oh ffs that was supposed to be a reply to Raikage way up top.

Apparently if you try and leave two replies in the same topic without closing the browser window in between the second one gets screwed up and comes out as a new post.

Fable 1 sucked, so by your reconing, so will Fable2.

Strike that one off your list of worthy 360 games this year.

Uncharted is 3rd party, no?

I'm actually asking here, I don't know the answer.

Uncharted was created by Naughty Dog and published by Sony. However, Sony owns Naughty Dog, so yes, Uncharted is first party.

Yes, Uncharted is first-party, but Samfish's link doesn't prove that... It just shows it sold a lot?

Does this mean that they're going to delay GTA IV to make more discs in order to have time to satisfy pre-orders?

I'm hearing from many places, still under NDA, that the PS3 version is the better version. Better framrate, better more populated enviroments, faster load times (with the optional install), and the split-screen local play is only on PS3.

Looks like 360 owners have dipped out on the main game, but have DLC 6 months from now, to make up for it.

If you own both systems, it's more complicated, you have a decision to make, buy an inferior version, for DLC in 6 months time, Buy the superior PS3 version, and skip DLC.

Me? I am getting the PS3 version, the main game takes priority over the availability of DLC. It seems like PS3 is getting it's own DLC anyway, with large scale home integration and extra mission packs.

Looks like all the publicity over extreme violence, not suitable for minors, threats to censor or ban etc etc really did wonders for sales.
