sigh, you know it's sad really. This game has been getting positive previews so far, and still people(mostly people who've never played it) claim it sucks. The fact is, no matter how hard you slam your tiny widdle hater hands on your keyboard, it isn't going to change the fact that this is going to be a fun title for families and gamers who can get past their own insecurities and play something other than, HURRR SHOOT THIS MOTHAFUCKA!!!.

Vegeta --
While I don't speak for everyone in dislike of the game, I do think it's a bit ridiculous to pay nearly $100 for an accessory that really hasn't show much promise for use during the entire duration of the console's life. Nintendo isn't known for having long term support of accessories (Zapper, Power Pad, Super Scope Six, N64 Memory Card, Broadband Adapter, et. al)past a handful of titles. Of course, the other two consoles have had their faults; but since the article's about Nintendo...

I think WiiWare could end up being the perfect compliment to the Balance Board. We could easily get new exercise packs from both Nintendo and third parties for pretty cheap. This could help keep things fresh and entertaining for a long time.

I also think WiiWare would be a good place to introduce non-exercise games that use the Balance Board as a controller. There seems to be a lot of people wanting a shooter game using the Board to control movement while you point the Wiimote to aim. I'm still hoping for Surf Ninjas With Uzis!
