According to Luc Bernard, creator of the upcoming WiiWare title Eternity's Child, we can expect some sort of level editor to be included in the game. While he doesn't get too specific on the details, Bernard does mention that players will be able to decide where enemies spawn, where the platforms go, and they can "even write curse words" with the tools given. Beyond that, Bernard plans to make a website where people can upload their levels and vote for their favorites.
We know that a lot of you enjoy building your own stages, and things like that do tend to add extra playing hours onto a game. Does this addition make you more interested in Eternity's Child, then?

nope, not one bit. the artstyle, again, looks fantastic but the gameplay mechanics don't do a thing for me (read: boring)

You had me at "where enemies spawn". This looks pretty good despite the fact that most apparent "Fanboys" hate it with a passion compared to how much I hate meat. [I really hate meat].
Seriously, you could add a build your own stage to most games and they'd be like 200% better :P

What if they added build a stage to Superman 64 or ET?

Well, as long as the items you could add in ET or Superman64 were actually USEFUL, THEN I'd get those games.
I love building stages... which is a sad idea when I know I've missed out on a lot of great games that have 'em (elebits and dewey's adventure).
This? Hmmm... improve how controllable it is, and at least POLISH some of the movement, and I'll think about it.

I was tracking this game up until I saw the gameplay video, then lost all interest. Sorry, Luc. I will read the reviews when they come out to help make my opinion.
