I got Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy from Lucky Charms boxes.

Best $10 I ever spent. The games are OK too.

Anyone remember the old spoof commercial Nut 'n Bits?

"What you eating?"
"Nut 'n Bits!"
"What'd you say to me?!?"

I am so jealous of yous, why the countries I lived in only ever offered Age of Empires and Tony hawks in cereal.

Sniff sniff.

I remember seeing Chex quest but was a little too old for it. I was trying to rescue Cap'n Crunch from that robot dude and his army of soggies back in my day.

They should put Chex Quest 1 and 2 on XBL Arcade. Since it's just a mod on Doom it would be pretty easy. They also have Chex Quest for the DS if you can do homebrew. I love Chex Quest.

Wasn't it? I have a five year old cousin who comes over all the time and asks me to watch him play it. Every single time he comes he tell me where all the secrets are, it's hilarious.

Oh crap. Chex Quest. I loved that game.

Didn't they come out with a second one?
Oh and since we're on the topic of cereal games, anyone up for a little captain crunch's munchling adventure?

Nick Jameson is great! He was also a voice on the brilliant but unfortunately short lived cartoon Mission Hill. Oh who I would kill to have that beautiful show back.

I remember playing Chex Quest back in the day. Beat it at a friend's house, then waited months before I could get a CD-ROM drive fast enough to play the thing. When I could finally play the thing, I didn't play anything else for weeks. I curse that stupid green waterfall horse at the end.

I don't think you guys answered the last question fully... From my understanding, the question was if you bought a 12 month Xbox Live card from a US retailer, could you use the code on the card to generate a PAL Xbox Live account?

I still have Chex Quest installed on my parent's old desktop. I ruled at that game. (Surprisingly, so did my older cousins, turns out they'd been playing Doom for a year)

A much quicker way to solve the broken controller stick problem would be to drive to the store and buy a new one.

Who wants to mess around with toothpicks and glue or wait for a possible replacement under warranty when you can simply get a new one for a bit less than the price of a new game?

If you have a broken controller, go buy a controller with the controller warranty - that way if the new one breaks you can return it for a replacement.

I didn't have Chex Quest because I never ate the cereal. I still loved Cool Spot featuring 7 Up's red dot. I also have fond memories of He-Man. My dad set up recordings of He-Man, Ghostbusters, Chip & Dale Rescue Rangers, and Anpanman for me when I went to pre-school.
