I downloaded the first demo last night and couldn't find the electric room to turn on the lights. Was I missing something or was that just a super-short demo?

Urgh would it of killed them to put in a check point somewhere? I died and had to start over, just quit out from that point on.
Didn't like that to much from what i saw, compared to the first.

This has been on PSN for years I mean Weeks, See I told you.....The 360 really is falling behind now that GT5:Prologue is out. I mean with MGS4, Killzone2, R2, FFXIII, GOW3 and many many more I can't seem to imagine how this wasn't bound to happen.

I'm pretty sure these are on PS3. Just goes to show how L-a-m-e-box fanboys think that all the good games are 360 only. Out of the exclusives I only want Fable2 which will probably get Pwned by FFXIII, White Knight Story etc.

Nope Splinter Cell Conviction is coming to the PS3 a month after the 360 so DON'T worry. And who gives a Danm about Alan Wake anyway. Oh yeah we have InfaMous too, and Haze, and Socom:Confrontation, and LittleBigPlanet, and Uncharted....

I was actually hoping to be scared...or at least put on edge by this demo...but sadly it was just an overweight virgin of a game, wanting me to keep the lights off before I played it.
Good thing the setting was so dark, so I could at least pretend I was playing something decent.

Was not terribly impressed with the demo, but based on the reviews and the fact that the first game was really pretty good, as well as the new combo system, I would really like to pick it up.
$40 bucks at Circuit City until the end of this week I guess. It's tempting but I'll probably see if I can rent it somewhere, as GTA IV and Ninja Gaiden II are looming, and it's not like I really need a new game at this time.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through the game after picking it up for $35 at GameCrazy last week. The original is better overall and scarier, but the sequel has better fighting and CSI.
In the full game you can adjust the light if its too dark for you and there are checkpoints.

no idea what you guys played...but i rented the game before the demo came out, and its awesome. maybe im just easily amused when it comes to beating the sh*t out of strung out hobos with random crap.

Just beat this a tad ago... I thought it was pretty good... Yahtzees review was spot on though... Its great then you get to the halfway point and you realize it is taking on a whole new aspect not to mention the ending....

I bought the game from Circuit City last night. I will say that the graphics are better than the PS3 version. So far I like the combat far better than the original, but as to other aspects of the game I can't comment yet.

I tried to download the demo at my friend's house yesterday but it said I needed to have a Gold account. WTF? "We can't think of anything to give Gold members, so we'll take stuff from Silver."
