Meet the Team Fortress 2 Scout ... again
We absolutely loved the short vignettes put together by Valve to advertise the different classes featured in The Orange Box's online multiplayer offering, Team Fortress 2. The scotch-slurping demoman, the six-string pluckin' engineer -- not only did they get us hyped up for one of our favorite first person shooters of last year, they brightened our otherwise dreary existences. Now, we know that most of you are familiar with the whole crew since the release of Orange Box, but in honor of last week's release of a standalone version of TF2 for the PC, Valve released what we assume will be the last of their advertisements for the game -- introducing the Scout, who apparently has the social graces and equipoise of a Real World cast member. Enjoy!

And this isn't the last one.
Valve still have the Medic, Pyro, Sniper, and Spy to do. :)

I would say Brooklyn, but after you said Boston I can see a mix of both. The attitude is more Brooklyn, and he speaks like he's from Brooklyn. The only problem I found is that he didn't say "tawking." People from Long Island of the NYC metro area know what I'm referring too, since we all speak that way.
Either way, it was short, but very funny.
What color are his socks anyway?

Also, as an online-shooter, TF2 needs to keep an influx of players and to keep the community large-- or else it's useless.
Valve is smart =P

I'm thinking that, when unlockables come, a new weapon that does more immediate damage but doesn't burn as long over time, and one that does even less immediate damage but burns for longer would help the pyro suck less.
I'd also like it if the flame-thrower decreased the accuracy of the missiles from sentrys and rockets from rock launchers. But that's probably pushing it =P
That's why I usually play him.At least I can say "Hey that was unfair, Pyro's and underpowered!"
In TF2 not so much, I have owned with the Pyro. I think the Spy is pretty much the best character, the soldier in second but my favorites are definitively the Engineer, Scout and the Pyro sometimes the Demoman.

No, I'm quite sure they intend to release all nine videos, one for each class.
