see, i didn't think racism applied to females. just oversensitive, testosterone driven, my fallace is larger than yours, my missile is larger than yours, squirted out too early males that needed to suckle on mom's teet a little longer (like the whole RE5 fiasco). but maybe that's my misconception.

if you don't want racism, quit looking for it in everything. and you won't find it.

I don't care about my console's place in the generation, as long as its worth the money I put into it, I'm happy and I know I'll get my money's worth, I'll enjoy playing Blu-Ray movies on it, TV episodes off the HDD, playing some PS3 exclusives and multiplatform games (even if inferior on PS3, eh, life's too short to bitch and moan).

And if I had more time and money to devote to gaming, you bet your ass I'd get a 360 right afterwards to complement the PS3, because I really like both consoles and its a tough decision but the PS3 edges out the 360 for me a bit slightly.

You enjoy being a Premier Asshole.

. :Hold up the wangdoodle of banishment as you shout the beast's true name. skip to paragraph C!

C. you hold up the red and white ball like object and try your hardest to not sound like a fourty year old pokemon trainer and shout Begone! Bucky! I banish thee!
The beast stops in it's tracks and cringes at the name. little do you know of the horrible childhood of Bucky the Bucktooth Beaver Beast and the many years of bullying and torture. the beast then seems to recover as the last words you hear are "I'm not the same beast anymore. it's amazing what a good oral surgeon can do nowadays." as you soon find out first hand as the perfectly straight, long fangs pierce your ovoid bacon-wrapped noggin. The End.

I loved reading those Choose Your Adventure style books in elementary school.

man, i loved me some Choose your Own Adventures! it was the bridge between reading Alfred Hitchcock's 3 Investigators series (Jupiter Jones!) and discovering Infocom on my Atari 800.

Thanks for the memory. Next time, drop some Encyclopedia Brown on my ass!

This is a summary of all fanboys. I say we use this template in all of these bait articles so the arguing stops

Wii fanboys: We like to play the same games all the time and quote sales figures cause they somehow affect us.

360 fanboys: That's fine we'll play our shootam games and have awkward male bonding moments with our buddies.

PS3 fanboys: Oh yeah? Well we'll play nothing but give you guys long lists of upcoming games to show how great PS3 is. Oh and at least we don't have to pay to play our nothing online.

nice to see the superior PSP selling better than the DS, despite costing significantly more in hardware, software, and recommended/popular accessories.

What do you expect when every Japanese has about three DSs stuffed in their pockets? As soon as they can get a hold of pants with bigger pockets, you'll see DS sales on top once again. : )

Nice to see that the DS outsold the PSP in USA last month by 400,000...

at the end of the day, its about the games, not the sales or anything else.

DS:3 AAAs (9.1, 9.0, 9.0), 41 AAs from metacritic.com

PSP:1 AAA (9.3), 58 AAs from metacritic.com

hmmmm looks like PSP is the one with the most amount of quality games despite there being an obvious bias against Sony in the west, particularly the US, and despite there being a ton of pro Nintendo review sites skewing the metacritic ratings (NintendoWorldReport, TheWiire, Zentendo, Cubed3, NGamer UK, Official Nintendo Magazine UK, n-Revolution magazine UK, Nintendo Power, etc.) while only 1 or 2 pro PlayStation review sites.

Yeah, its a real sad tragic tale whenever the PSP sells the DS, the opposite however, and its a real happy story.

@ Curmeo. The numbers are true, but remember that a good number of those PSP titles will be available in some way, shape or form on the PS2 as well.

Isn't there a /ignore command or some kind of 'mute' feature we can use for people (i.e., Fernando or that PremiAss Dude?) we don't want to see or 'hear' from?

That would be awesome. Thanks.

Well, i dunno about fernando. But that weird killjebus guy with the insanely long username is always effectively filtered for me... I've never yet been able to read one of his comments becausee they are all voted down so low that the text is impossible to read. I don't really get why he keeps posting when no-one can read anything.

Maybe joystiq should track ratings per user.. so those who always get voted down to 0.5 hearts start out faded.

Yeah but the difference is that Fernando gets an auto-downvote from SDF regardless of wherever he is trolling or not, while Killjebus is just an annoying douche.
