GTA PSP titles selling at $15 each on Amazon

I noticed both of these at my WalMart on Monday for $12.88CDN, new low price.

I have Vice City Stories good game.
I'm stuck on a mission what I have to destroy antennas on top of the police stations.
Any tips?

In Canada, all GTA titles are 5$ off at ToysRus next week, that makes Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories 15 bucks each.

Great price, but am I the only one who found Liberty City Stories very, very difficult to control on the PSP? (I never played Vice City Stories)

The analog nub just couldn't cut it for me. It is too bad as it was a really faithful adaption of GTA III

I'm on the fence about getting either of these (Vice City was my favorite GTA). I heard that the games are broken and glitchy (for example you can get stuck between buildings or the game jumps) is this true?

are they real pick up and play games and which one is better?

While im here, if anyone is good at manga style art, me and my freind are creating a manga just for the psp, but we need one more artist. This will probably be articled on psp fanboy.
