Interesting = Yes
Feasible = Not as much

...I still want to snag the game though. I enjoyed playing DiRT(R.I.P. Colin).

Poor Colin McRae. Rest in peace, indeed.

On a slightly related note - Speed Channel dropping WRC coverage = Grand Scale Failure. I had to stop checking the season highlights online because I would get so enraged that I couldn't watch it. Stupid Americans and their stupid NASCAR.

Jerkface ---
I didn't even know SPEED channel had dropped it! :( I must be in that meager percentage of Americans out there who appreciate professional racing enough to know that there's stuff out there OTHER than NASCAR to watch and enjoy.

Maybe I will partake in that $100 GTP5/Logitech wheel deal on Wal*mart online afterall. I'll have to check if it's supported on the other racing games though.

Leave it to EA to screw up a board game.

Bring it to XBLA, and leave the minigames out of it.

Yeah, bizarre. I haven't even read this article.

Only noticed that I "posted" a "comment" in it when I just clicked through my own name by mistake.

Odd.

Pretty interesting idea. If I had a bunch of cars that I wanted to get rid of, posting them on eBay would be a cool idea. I don't think they really need eBay.

Looks as if it's just a marketing thing.

Can't wait for this game. More racers, more racers. I just love shiny glossy racers.

I think the ebay deal is just an easy way for them to steal that infrastrucutre, meaning they dont need to reinvent the wheel. Probably save them money in the long run.

I'm sure its just going to be an in-game eBay motors look-a-like. The game isn't going to post ACTUAL auctions on the real eBay motors, you know?

Oh, the perfect fusion of video games and the annoyance felt by having someone outbid you in the final seconds of an auction.

So is this going to be with the game's currency or real money? Count me interested if it's with real money... I'll make the game pay for itself.
