I think he's referring to the fact that only information pertaining to U.S. retailers has been posted.

If you're in the U.K., I know that amazon.co.uk and most other etailers has run out of their preorder allocation so you'll have a big wait if you preorder from them now. I'm just going to go to a Zavvi store at opening time, since I asked the store near my house and they said that they have more available than there were preorders, but that they expect to sell out on launch day.

In defence of the site though, you can't expect a website with a primarily U.S. user base to post launch info for every single country. Also, "its readers around the world" not "it's".

already preordered from Newegg - great price, and if it ships from one of their east coast facilities, I'll probably have it in hand on the 30th

I need a list of Canadian stores... Xav?!

The site is based in the US. There are European-based sites and I don't expect them to give me all the latest US information. They can't do everything here... nevermind the fact that the list was made elsewhere.

Does anyone know more about that Blockbuster framed picture?

That doesn't change the fact that Xav is Canadian (Or at least I think he is, and if he isn't I have made myself into a big fool), and there is no rule of not posting good places to buy games at Canadian stores...

I had to google "Amazon's Media Library" cuz I had no clue what that was but it popped up, put in my amazon.com account log in info & clicked the "download" tab.

Go to http://www.amazon.com/gp/ays and login with your Amazon info, then click on the "Downloads" tab at the top the screen.

I already pre-ordered mine from a Best Buy, there was a poster and a code for 4 gamerpics inside the pre-order box. I'll be picking it up Tuesday after work! w00t!

I preordered at Gamestop but I need to have those gamerpics. Are they all going to be the same pics whether I preorder from Amazon, CC, or Gamecrazy? I also want that t-shirt. Damn.

Did Target get dropped off the list? Awhile back I read on here that if you preordered with them, you would get a Exclusive Game System Wrap. Is that still on or since the preoders are mostly not available, Target wasn't listed?

The preorder offer ended on Monday 4/21. They are no longer taking preorders.

How about GAME (UK) giving 500 free MS points plus double reward card points. Also, HMV were doing 1000free MS points plus vouchers. Zaavi were doing Free 3 Month Live Subscription.

I pre-ordered the regular version from the book store on campus.

Before I had no desire to buy the game. Now, the marketing and the hype is starting to take its effect on me. I might just buy this game.

Gamestop/Ebgames is giving 20% added to trading your games in when you pre-order GTA. Yes, they give you 5 dollars for your 60 dollar game but i figured i'd throw it out there.

I would've regretted preordering it from GameStop except for the fact that it's the only store I'm going to be near on Tuesday and it's the fastest way to get me playing the game - that trumps pretty much everything imho.

For what it's worth, if your local RadioShack is one of the stores that actually stocks games, they too will be offering a $10 gift card with a GTA purchase. It probably isn't going to be as easy to spend as Circuit City one, but I figured I'd let you know.

your local sony style store is selling the 360 version for $1.50 and you get a free PS3 and copy of GTA4 on PS3 and A 1080p HDTV and exclusive offer is 20,000 shares in Rockstar/T2,

GameStop is offering a 20% off coupon code on the GTA4 strategy guide when you purchase the game (or pick it up) at the same time.

The amazon gamer pics suck..... Don't let that be a deciding factor when you go to preorder the game...
