Dear name comma, its always with a colon. Not to mention the signing of the name is inconsistent and incorrect both times.
colin @ Apr 25th 2008 9:50AM

klitorisaurus @ Apr 24th 2008 8:06PM

DWells55 @ Apr 24th 2008 8:09PM

nmezib @ Apr 24th 2008 8:30PM
whoever wrote the second did did a very good job. The legalese almost foolerized me.
the first one, however, was so badly written and put together I had to laugh. A lot.
tc @ Apr 25th 2008 5:50AM

Spunk Buster 8000 @ Apr 24th 2008 8:40PM

Young_Nastyman @ Apr 25th 2008 1:24AM
they did such a good job on wording the second one that they forgot to make the signatures look different. They're identical, lol
Bill Pullman @ Apr 25th 2008 1:07PM
in the first one, "separate" is spelled wrong. would a spell-checker have killed these guys? both are pathetic forgeries full of mistakes and poor grammar. not even close to a nice try.
