Sorry, I loved the first one and everything, but that week I'll be busy with...

Defend Your Castle, Dr. Mario, FFCC: My Life as a King, Gyrostarr, LostWinds, Toki Tori, and whatever other good WiiWare selections are made available for its launch.

BTW, did they ever manage to fix the online for the first one? I tried playing it like 4 months later and I still couldn't get a game going with anyone, so I simply assumed they gave up. I know I did. I find it slightly worrying they're rolling this out so soon when the original's online functionality is questionable (as far as I'm concerned). I hope they get it working for those who buy it.

I actually just played it online today with my brother and had no issues whatsoever, even though my connection isn't all that great. It seems they did end up fixing it; hopefully they'll get it right from the start with the sequel.

Wow, I still can't get it to work. Maybe it works if you 'Invite to Game' one of your friends, but if you just try to 'join a match' it never works. All I want is that one stupid achievement.

I only ever played Assault Heroes the first week or so it was out and never had any problem with the co-op play. It was a fun game but I doubt I'd get the sequel, especially with Commando 3 coming out on XBLA in the next couple weeks (and Bionic Commando and 1942 coming after that).

@Blue_Falcon:

The WiiWare launch in the US isn't going to be a whole mess of games like it was in Japan. I wouldn't expect more than like 2 games the first week in addition to Crystal Chronicles, maybe less.

The Japanese launch had like 9 games followed by a month of absolutely nothing. Nintendo doesn't want to do that in the US.
