Depends where you live fenix, MS is pushing GTA IV like hell over here in the UK, adverts for it on 360 everywhere. I imagine this is because the 360 hasn't got as much of a lead here as it has in the US.

What, really? I've spotted 1 advert for it. Just after Bear Grills (or however you spell it) yesterday. Nothing in the papers, nothing on the internet, no posters at bus stops or buildings.

A friend who works in retail hasn't even recieved the promotional posters for the shop windows yet.

Give us adverts ffs!

No ads yet? Chicago seems to be covered in them. Every electronics store/ game shop has window posters and the buildings have huge ads all over the city. Very strange you dont have that there.

Seen a couple of TV ads now. Did see a lot more Mario Kart ads though. But as I think I've said before they don't need to advertise GTA IV.

...am picking up GTA IV tonight (midnight@BestBuy)....will probably spring for the CE if it's available--duffle bag and soundtrack seem nice...too bad Halo3 didn't have the soundtrack included in their CE (bought the package with the kitty helmet)....

ps- CircuitCity gives you $10 gift card with purchase of GTA IV (any edition, I think)...

I love how everyone wins. You got a Wii? Get Mario Kart. You got a 360 or PS3? Get GTA4. You got a Wii60 or a PSWii? Get both. It gives me warm fuzzies.

I'm actually more interested in SNK Arcade Classics now that I found out Baseball Stars 2 will be on it.

Just got my copy of GTAIV (original). 3 hours in and it's pretty sweet. Can't wait to play the rest of the game.

WHY !!! Man it really sucks that they didn't make us PC users a version of GTA IV, especially since it was supposed to be out way back in September (or October I forget)

Really, the thing about Mario Kart Wii that really wows me is the online integration, silky smooth integration of the online modes with the offline modes, and those pre-constructed phrases, while dumb by principle, are still pretty comprehensive for the purposes of conveying what you want to do to the other people in the room

The gameplay itself is just more Mario Kart, though i love the no-sweat drifting mechanics and the new jumping mechanisms, what really sets this apart is online play done right, a Nintendo first

More sneak preview action on Grand Theft Auto: looks like there’s all sorts of sweet new stuff - coffee drinking, birthday parties, fluffy animals: http://www.236.com/news/2008/04/28/gta_iv_grander_theftier_autoie_6138.php
And of course grander, theftier, and autoier. Sweet.
