The frickin' paper-straightening minigame in WarioWare. I've only seen it won once, out of a diverse crowd of people across multiple difficulty levels, and even then the only winnable one seems to be the very lowest difficulty level.

That particular mini-game is an enormous pile of poop.

Cranium Kabooki: The whole idea is a mini game...and it is a large steamy pile of poo.

There are about 20 different mini games, and they all are extremely horrible. They didn't make good use of the motion controls, that is, there is one mini that requires you to make the motion on the screen.

No. It doesn't work.

I'm not sure, but I'm sure the worst one is buried somewhere inside Monkeyball

The Ring Toss game from Monkey Ball, hands down. Just try to play that without lighting your hair on fire.

I must join in on the droves of Monkeyball-haters. I loved the GC editions, but the Wii one was just plain bad. Who ever cared if Monkeys could perform semaphore? They did a good job with the classic games (Monkey Target, Monkey Race, etc.), but the billions of new and horrible mini-games... Well, you get the picture.

And this says nothing of the impossible Main Game. Did anyone ever finish the game or is your copy collecting dust on your shelf like mine is?

I feel your pain. I loved Super Monkey Ball 2 on the Gamecube, but the Wii version is craptacular. Out of 50 minigames, I don't think one was even remotely fun. And the single player mode is one of the worst single player experiences ever. The terrible control scheme is what kills the entire experience. Mix that with frustrating boss battles, and you've got one hell of a crappy game. The game would've been so much better if you could use a control stick to move your guy. I can't even believe Nintendo Power gave this an 8 out of 10.

There ends my rant.

POW block doesn't annoy like the squid ink. Nothing like breaking the 4th wall with the crappiest global power up ever.

Nothing says fun quite like getting hit by five blue shells, a red shell, lightning, and a POW block every time I'm in first place. And when I'm in last all I get are triple mushrooms (seriously).

I don't remember what they call it in the game, but Beer Pong on Game Party makes me want to bash my face in with dead baby fetuses.

It's called Ping Cup, not Beer Pong. It still is a big pile of poop no matter what it is called.

Carnival Games...nuff said. That game was a total waste of time and money on my part...the only mini game worth playing on that is Skeeball...nothing else...

I agree with Eternityx, Secret Rings' party mode blew chunks, despite the rest of it being one of the best examples of Wii 3rd party software

The final minigame in the solo mode of Mario Party 7, wherein you need to hit blocks in order to make the elevator go up while avoiding Bowser's attacks.

Innocent enough, except if you got hit by an attack, the computer opponent could just as easily steal your win, because when THEY started the game they'd continue from where YOU left off, thereby stealing your progress.

Cheapness defined.

If there is one thing that "Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games" succeeded at, it was being truly awful. Each one of the mini-games on the disc was worse than the next.

Pretty sure none of the other suggestions can hold a candle to the Chess minigame in Raving Rabbids 2. Hold the Wiimote and nunchuck next to your head and "concentrate." Complete foolishness!
