Rock Band Weekly: Fall Out Boy, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Angels & Airwaves

This ain't a scene, it's a Rock Band Weekly update post. Next week the band that people argue whether it's emo or not, Fall Out Boy, adds its song "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race" to the music store. Don't lie, when it's on the radio while you're driving you sing along. Actually, all the songs sound like fun if you're in a non-snob music mode.

As usual, the tracks will be available next Tuesday and Thursday for Xbox 360 and PS3 respectively. Videos for the songs are after the break.

I'm not convinced this is really worth a post every week anymore. It was cool when it was a new phenomenon.. but do we need to really report every single song that will every be released for all eternity?

It just leads to fights about music tastes anyway.

I haven't heard this YYYs song, but I caught a gig of theirs in London a few years back (having never heard them before) and they definitly rock live!

No, I disagree. I look forward to this post every week. It consumes my friday, and I dont like to look up my own videos.

Keep at it joystiq. Get rid of those other student weekly updates. like DS, Wii, PSP, and any other fanboy weekly update

well at least they are songs from this decade. i'm getting really sick of all the classic rock they have been releasing. there are so many good bands out today i just wished they released newer songs as frequently as they do the older stuff.

ok this is getting useless if ya don't like the music or the song then don't buy it. sure there are some that i really don't care for.... but the saying goes "you can't please everybody"... from a business stand point they are just trying to satisfy the masses and people are buying it... so whats wrong with that, keeps them in business and putting out more songs so just hang in there your song that you really want may still show up.
