Wii pole dancing plans confirmed, fitness to blame

Peekaboo rep Simon Kay told the blog that the idea behind bringing what he calls "aerobic pole dancing " to the Wii is "all about fun and fitness." According Kay, Peekaboo wants the game "to do for pole dancing what Guitar Hero did for rock n roll!" We can't help but imagine that the game will finally give gaming couples with an eye for rhythm a means to use their 'star power' for an added -- not to mention motion sensitive -- relationship spark.

The bet is: Mario Kart will sell more than the PS3 version of GTA in USA in the first month.
We will compare results with the NPD numbers.

Um, Gavin? Yeah, hi. I'm just throwing this out there, but I'm almost positive that she, nor anyone else, cares that she's a bimbo. If anything, that's what makes her hot. Thank god, finally we find the thing that will force Nintendo from the games industry and their attempts to roll back 15 years of evolution will be stopped. While the Wii is the only console women as a demographic have taken interest in I don't see them swarming into stores to act like strippers. Oh and mocax you may not equate pole dancing with strippers but most of the world does.

I think you would be surprised. Pole Dancing is shaping up to be the next 'fitness phenomenon'. There are hollywood actresses like Kate Hudson doing it for the strength and fitness that it gives you. Think of this like a sexy form of WiiFit. WiiFit will give the ladies the bodies to pull it off, and WiiPoleDancing will give them a way to flaunt it!
