To expand on that: it's difficult not in that the words are particularly obscure, but that the clues are. You basically need to know the names of everyone who has ever partipicated in sports or any of the arts in the last couple of centuries. :P

If people stick to the Monday crosswords they should be fine. By the time you get through all of them (around 150 or so) then they'll be ready for Tuesdays.

This also has great local (single cart) multi-play. You can compete to finish the same crossword or work together. My wife and I play quite often.

Well worth $10.

Highly recommended. Worth it at double the price.

This game kicks Crosswords DS's ass all over the place. In this game, you can get a hint on a letter. Crosswords DS, they give you the entire word (at least this was the case the one time I tested it out), which takes the challenge level down.

As stated by natureboy46, stick to the Monday crosswords and you should be fine. Then you can progress to Tuesday and so on.
