GRID demo speeds onto the XBLM

Dammit, my xbox is off being repaired. I havent been able to play GTA4 at all yet, now this!!!! :'(

Will download as soon as I get home.

I hope its good I'm gonna check it out later on tonight.

I'll add it to the (ever growing) 'demos to try' list.

Damn!!! My 360 died on Sunday. It's bad enough I can't play GTA IV; now I'm missing this demo?! I guess there never is a good time to get the RROD, is there?

This demo also has online multiplayer. First load, the presentation is great. The turning takes some getting used to, if you play Forza 2, you should be ok. Messed my car up too much and I was holding my left stick right just to stay centered. Try crashing a lot and see what happens, I was shocked.

really cool demo , cars handle well , just take a bit of gettin to grips with , deffo gettin this at the end of the month

If your into driving games this seems to be one the best. Even though I don't care much for the Nissan drifting, the Mustang and BMW races are pretty sweet. Online is really good. you have options to turn off damage or catch up and select short, medium, or long races in online. Views can be changed with the left bumper. The only way I can see anybody not liking this game is because they don't like driving games or the can't drive worth a darn in games.

WTF? Where's the love for Canada? The Europe gets a BMW, the U.S. gets an eBay Mustang. Canada gets an eff you?

I've just read two comment pages and there's been at least two or three people on each page complaining about broken 360's - have MS still not sorted it yet?

this game is awesome, I am loving the physics, the graphics and the cars. I bet the full game will be way better. I am excited to play more tonight and to beat the mustang time trial!

I just played the demo, and it looks pretty awesome. When they said they were putting the fun back into racing, they weren't kidding - not sure how I can go back to Forza 2 after this. Music after the race is pretty sweet too. Definitely a first day purchase - and another reason to go out and get that 360 racing wheel.

Now if only I could live through the rest of my AP exams - taking 3 in a row RAPED MY BRAIN and I STILL have 3 more to go! :(

Best demo of 08! The online is amazing. It's like Dirt was the BETA and Grid is the whole enchilada.

WOW! I'm SO downloading this tonight. Don't know whether to hope that my coffin shows up today or not...I guess I'd like a functional 360 now...

I liked the graphics, I liked the presentation, I liked the damage, except for when I couldn't actually steer my car and had no obvious way of fixing it. What I didn't like where the controls. I did like that you could customize them, however what's the point if you still can't drive? Maybe it's just me, I'm not a great racing game fan (ie. i'm crap), but the car handling felt odd, one minute you're cruising making every corner, getting up into the top places, then suddenly you in a skid that ends up facing you the wrong way (always 180 never 360), and then the rest of the cars have passed you and you're back in 12th. I tend to like my games fun, this just annoyed the hell outta me, ie. not fun.
