Vinny Caravella leaving Gamespot
Again, we have no idea what pastures Caravella is moving on to or what made them seem so much greener. We are, however, continuing to use the above picture. Why? Well, in all honesty, we still think it's funny, and also, it took us a while to make and we don't know if we'll get to use it again. ... Wow, that's a horrifying look into our decision making process isn't it? Sorry about that.

They put that in there because they assumed that you wouldn't automatically recognize the name.

None of this should be surprising to people. The Gamespot employees with strong backgrounds and respect in the industry have moved on to better projects, working situations and companies.
Its felt like Vinny was one of the lone fingers in the dike at this point. I hope where ever he is going, its a great situation and he gets to keep doing what he loves.

Although I feel that Gamespot is shit, we shouldn't just assume that every staff member that leaves the crew has anything to do with Gerstmann Gate.
It's not like we was a god among mere reviewers.
