I don't need a lot of fancy accessories, but a couple "must have" items that I can't do without:

1. A case. Specifically, I was inspired by this post (http://nintendo.joystiq.com/2008/02/07/show-and-tell-let-us-show-you-them/) to upgrade from my crimson and black leather case to a full-cover case. The same one David Hinkle uses. Thanks! :) I dropped my DS once in my old case and only got a scratch, but ... it's a scratch! :( So, I switched to the padded zipper case. Also handy for carrying a few extra carts.

2. A "ball-point pen" stylus. It's fatter and longer than the regular stylus. Much more comfortable grip for long hours of play time. :)

I have a few items:

A stand , that I love! It rotates 360 and sticks FIRMLY to my coffee table. It's also great for playing in the car. I hold it between my knees...Makes the DS very stable. The stand came with 2 drum stix but they were crap...

I have 2 F A T ball point pen stylus. A Taiko no Tatsujin skin, a clear case, a nerf case, ear buds to match my DS, A headset , Air foam case and an R4 ----> which I use to put tons of pictures of 9 cats ( yeah I like cats and yeah my house smells ) on to my DS! and make copies of GAMES THAT I OWN !
