Rock Band Weekly: European release tracks

Hopefully, people have been brushing up on their non-English. This week's Rock Band Weekly brings us the songs packaged with the European release of Rock Band. We've known for a while these tracks were coming as DLC, and Harmonix has seen fit to do it the week of Rock Band's European release. Also, all DLC available in North America should be available in Europe beginning May 20.

"Hysteria" - Muse (160 MS Points / $2)
"Rock N Roll Star" - Oasis (160 MS Points / $2)
"New Wave" - Pleymo (160 MS Points / $2)
"Monsoon" - Tokio Hotel (160 MS Points / $2)

Le sigh, videos for all of next week's tracks can be found after the break. The DLC will be available next Tuesday and Thursday for Xbox 360 and PS3 respectively.

Next week will probably be the Cars album. I suppose I can look forward to a track or two off of that?

even though I can't understand them, there's some good tracks here! Oasis is always a party favorite too as I'm sure Blur will be.

I'll be sure to check out the drum charts, if there's something especially catchy or unique, I'll probably pick it up.

Yep, it's gotta be. There's only one more Tuesday in May after next week. HMX did say The Cars in May, Pixies in June.

thx Tiptup300, never would have guessed. With the feminine features and the voice... I actually recommended it to my wife as a chick song she may want, lol. She wants more songs. We're def getting Muse, and were checking out the rest to see what else is good.

Exclusivity nearly lasted a whole minute this time.

They were never exclusive. At the same time Harmonix annouced the 9 bonus tracks they also annouced that they'd be made available as DLC in North America around the same time.

Les Wampas rock very hard and are funny to boot, probably the best music I discovered when living in Paris for a few months. This is a good song too, better video here: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4911935277652941351

This is bollocks. The game comes out in Europe on the 23rd, meaning the US gets the 'European exclusive' tracks three days before Europe.

Utterly ridiculus.

With Hier Kommt Alex coming, it shouldn't be long until the whole GH3 catalouge wiggles it's way into Rock band.

All songs should be available in all regions so we don't have to do the stupid importing of the same game to get all the different songs ala DDR.

Outside of deep, highly processed male vocals doing German songs, I've never heard a female artist sing the language. That just doesn't work at all.
