Those are nice games too(except for NG. Can't say I'm a fan of the series past NGII on NES).

Killzone = winter release. (Look at your calendar for February then read farmer’s almanac to understand seasons)
Other titles listed are 1st party only, so there are other games too.
Also, Resistance 2 & LBP both look like fun titles to me.

Hmmm, a 360 fanboy unexcited about a Sony list, how original.
And Too Human, common, that game looks average at best. But both GOW2 and NG2 are day ones for me.
As well as Wipeout HD, LBP, Resistance 2, and Motorstorm.
Another great year for gaming. Add in the good Square linup of portable RPG's, and I'm rolling in the goodness.

I agree. Kind of Meh, I was just looking at the non-handheld list and only looked at the 2008 titles and read the following:

Personally, I am not hugely into racing games but do enjoy FPSs. Socom looks not-bad, but, I never played the first one due to being more of a pc gamer for FPSs, ie played bioshock on the pc rather than console.
Resistance 2 should be ok but after having played all three episodes of HL2 recently and the original resistance, I am not that enthusiastic yet.
Buzz! quiz tv? ...what an exclusive to have for the casual gamer crowd? LBP? maybe... and thats it? Wait? Where are the big-guns? The system-sellers?
I hope blu-ray machine player purposes helps keep selling ps3s through x-mas.

I don't know. It seems like Sony is blowing a bit too much of it's wad this year leaving nothing beyond. Many of the uber hyped yet mysterious titles like Getaway, Eight Days, Heavy Rain, and more are noticably absent from the public eye. I don't think PS3 can take second place in the long run, but I do think they did a hell of a lot better than many were giving them credit for. I think PS3 has a chance of being the Dreamcast or Saturn of this generation. Not quite first place but well respected among hardcore gamer circles. Of course this is based on my circle of friends in real life where I went from being "the idiot who actually bought that piece of shit" to converting people left and right. Of my close friends (once again, in real life), only three have 360s (and they cannot wait for the Jaspers to arrive because they miss slaughtering me in Halo 2). Most of the others have PS3s.
Do I think Sony's going to make a full recovery? Nope. But watching Sony get the every loving shit kicked out of them and watching their actions over these past two years has taught me that they learned from many of their mistakes.

As a PSP owner nothing there is tickling my cheeks. Except thats the US list and us Yurpeens have that special Crisis Core coming out next month yawoo. And then Smash Bros so it doesn't really matter what else comes out in the next 3 years.
