Remember that character? Smash Bros. Rejects

It's quite surprising that a new Super Smash Bros. doesn't come out twice a year, considering how much money Nintendo could make off the franchise (not that the company needs the cash). However, as the video above shows, eventually Smash Bros. would start scraping the bottom of the nostalgia barrel for characters.

Some forgettable characters are mentioned like Bayou Billy and the Noid ... actually, the Noid was awesome! Anyway, we actually wouldn't mind seeing one of the Battletoads in a Super Smash Bros. game. Can you think of any characters who'd be perfect for Super Smash Bros. Rejects? Dig deep into the recesses of your memory and check the periphery for games you barely remember.

Mega Man! Seriously. People keep bringing him up (I'm using "him" loosely) but it's for very good reason. Mega Man is one of the most iconic video game characters that I can remember, and his abilities/power-ups seem like they would work very well with the SSB style of gameplay.

But other than that, maybe the Duck Hunt dog.

Rockman would be insane on a brawler, if implemented on SSBB, they should give you the option to copy the attack of an enemy that you defeat! that way he isn't overpowered (or underpowered like he has in many games)

The Mega Drive version of Smooth Criminal would be his theme song and the smash ball should be a little white child. If I could kick Toon Link in the balls with Michael Jackson I think I'll be satisfied, as would he, probably.

What I find funny is that the more recognizable characters they did were SEGA ones.

Also, I know that there's a number of people out there who would kill for Bayou Billy in any new game.

you know i noticed that too. when i have my friends over for Brawl, i was so surprised to hear them keep asking "what game is he from?" they all knew Sonic and Snake though. i guess its just me being a nerd that i know who all of them are.
