It is starting to look a bit better but i am still worried this game is going to be bad. The combat still looks clumsy and awkward.

Yeah, and I mean why is the damage indicator showing damage to the left when it is clearly coming from ahead.

Is this silent hill remix? or silent hill for the ps2? cant tell the diference. Doesnt look next gen. I only like the way you can cut the nurse... they should make like gunshot wounds and blow the nurses brain and blood every where...but im asking to much i know.

The second video had the chair automatically stand back up and the girl seemingly float back onto it as if she were always there. I hope that they fix those types of issues.

You guys are really demanding...gameplay-wise, I hope there's some dodge or block button (it's a but hard to block knife vs. knife though), but otherwise the fighting appears to be much more responsive using a knife than ever before. It used to be my most hated weapon.

I can see why some ppl don't like it though...his attack motions look bizarre and clumsy at times, especially with the knife, although the attacks are faster.

Ya know, given what the PS3 can give us, I was specting that, for example, with each slash a piece of cloth was also slashed and a deep slash was put, still, they only appear as the enemie is dying, which is so past gen. And also, the combat seems pretty awkward, also the animation and some sound effects.
I was looking forward to this game given it is a Silent Hill, and bout Silent Hill Origins and The Room were truly amazing, but i'm fearing this will do what Final Fantasy IX did to the Final Fantasy Saga

Also, what's the deal with the nurses, they are so sexy, wasn't realism what video fames are aiming for???
Tell me just one hospital in the whole world where 'll find this kind of slut like nurses and 'll make myself burn so I can be interned in there, xDDDDD

Umm, the nurses aren't supposed to be realistic, they're an embodiment of deep psychological weirdness. Like many of the SH enemies.
In SH the mind of (and past experiences of) the protagonist plays a large part in the things he/she will be up against. When things aren't "made up" by the main character's subconcious they've been made up by (probably insane), evil forces which can make them into pretty much whatever they like. There's probably something Freudian about the whole sexy carer figure thing.. And something creepily naive about giving them idealised female bodies. The ones in SH1 really weren't like that, but James' nurses in SH2 were interestingly sexy in an allusion to his sexual repression while his wife was ill..
Konami have official books which go on it detail about all this stuff. :)
... TBH though the hotness of the nurses makes it more creepy imo, the fact anyone finds them attractive is interesting hehe. (not surprising though)

I especially like how he made sure he got behind the nurse before he looked at her. Good stuff.
