Judge: Jack Thompson is guilty on 27 of 31 misconduct charges
Game Politics has the full story and a list of some of the charges, including "Engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation" and "Making statements that the lawyer knows to be false or with reckless disregard as to the truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge." A disciplinary hearing is being held June 4. The full report to the Florida Supreme Court is due September 2.

He won't go to prison. The most we can hope for is disbarment, which means he won't be able to practice law in Florida. If he moves and passes a different state's bar exam, he'd be back in full swing.

Rejoice all you want, but let me be the wet blanket, he's an idiot, but he did a lot for being a liar and a fool. And seeing how much he almost did, I think we should all take a look at the people who supported him, they're still a drain on your tax dollars and our time. OMFGIH!!! Justice prevails once again. As for his sentance, He should have to play then ENTIRE Grand Theft Auto series, 1-GTA4, and any other game he has EVER badmouthed, and any other sundry punishments we gamers can think of. GAMERS UNITE!!! I only wish I could be on the jury, or at least his lawyer... I am a lawyer btw.
