I used to run a guild on a very old Korean MMO, and I can sympathize with any and all guild leaders out there.
Just think though, while guilds these days can quickly filter out kids and other trouble makers via their behavior (and the sound of their voice) on ventrilo, I was in charge of 300ish people that I knew only as text. The result of that, is years down the road, I learned that some of the biggest trouble makers (and some of my co-guild leaders) were kids under the age of 12.
I salute you, guild mastering sirs. Would I ever do it again though? Hell no.
