Battlefield: Bad Company demo arriving June 5 ... for some

Played the beta and gotta say that this one is not on my buy list. Its just the same old stuff to me.

I'll wait for June 5. Fuck EA and their pay for special shit tactics.

Why should I have to preorder a game JUST to get early access to something we should all be getting at the same time?

Plus after the beta debacle I'm not sure if this game will be good anymore. Even with Conquest added in (after all the screaming).

I will probably buy this game and enjoy it, but it doesn't stop me hating it!

Do EA actively go out and try to p!ss us off?

I really haven't been following this game. And I'm too lazy to search the interwebs to figure it out. Anybody know what he's refering to? is it real world money or ingame money?

i dont know why all you guys are griping. I just bought a Sobe extreme energry drink and under the cap it says i got a free pair of orange plaid fatigues in the upcoming ea: battlefield bad company game!!

It's too risky to pre-order games anymore. There are way too many Turok's, Haze's, and LAIR's out there that instantly flop.

For the love of everything cute and fluffy, YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ANYTHING to get the weapons.
At rank 25, which for cod4 players, wont take near as long. You then unlock ALL 10 weapons. No money.
To make it more awesome, they are coming out with conquest mode which will (Of course) be free.

Now this demo pre-order is just complete crap on EA's part. I will not defend this.

It may represent a total loss of customer service and respect, as well as the total greediness of modern corporations, but it does let me blow up EVERYTHING. Which is exactly what I've always wanted in a game

Hell yes! I miss buying a cartridge and knowing its jam packed with awesomeness. Nowadays, its buying a cd with some awesome, but the rest of the awesome goes into DLC which in turn, makes it not-awesome.

Geez there is so much freakin hatred....this game is going to kick ass...they fixed all the glitches from the beta, they are adding conquest, its going to be fun. You don't have to pay for anythign extra, you don't need to pay for the special edition for hte weapons you unlock them. Everybody needs to get over themselves....anyways you can unlock weapons before the game even comes out! just playing hte demo on the 5th unlocks a smg for you! the pre order a sniper rifle, sign up for news letter gets you a lmg.

dude screw that noise. i was kinda interested in this game after watching the trailers and on the PSN but i could care less about it now. whatever happened to paying for a game and having to unlock the extra weapons by getting good at said game. now you just have to straight up buy them or jump through hoops. i hope no one buys this shit so companies stop trying to screw us over.

Isn't the point of demos convincing people to buy your game?

I pre ordered the damn game a week ago and today, teh 29th, i called Ga,stop which participates in the early demo shit and they said they have no idea and ill have to wait til Jue 5. I have nothing from them or xbox in my email about how to get the early demo so wtf do i do. Ill be a SOB if i pre ordered it and cant get the early demo when i KNOW hundreds of kids are sitting on it playing right now. How do I go about getting acess to this early demo after i preordered it??????

The Battlefield Bad Company Beta contains 20 locked guns, 10 can be unlocked through playing the game, while 5 of the other 10 will be unlocked in free promotions before and after release. The remaining 5 unlockable weapons will only be made available through purchase of the Gold Edition of the game or by achieving the final rank (level 25) in the game

Battlefield Bad Company is a big let down so far. I've played the demo and there are some serious things wrong with the game. For one whats with the health? if you get wounded and you don't have a health jab then you have to play the game squinting because the F##King screen goes all hazy, why not just have health regeneration? Also why cant you lay the f##k down, you can only crouch, what good is that if you're trying to dodge bullets. Don't get me wrong the graphics are stella, and so is blowing a hole through a building, even the sound is amazing, but the gameplay is terrible, you move like an idiot, with a response time of a snail, and the aiming for most weapons is useless, and why oh why must you come out of the scope view for sniping evrytime you reload your bloody rifle. Thats bull!!! Thats it i've named a few things, there are more but i can't be bothered. nothing like Battlefield 2. I'm dissapointed DICE.
