God damn Dual Analogs, keep your thrashing envy at bay, please.

B^U had promise up until the last panel, ugh. Why can't he make a joke, like, EVER?!

General rule of B^U:
It's a lot funnier if you cut out panels 2 and 3. Sometimes panel 4 is all you really need.

For some reason I can't pick a winner here.

Either they are all equally good or they all suck equally, I can't seem to decide

Voted for Penny Arcade, but VGCats is a little bit special to me cause I used to play Pokemon until after Emerald(Still have my copy of Pokemon Red!). I'll probably join in next color/mineral generation though.(They've sucked me back in with Online play!)

Actually, I didn't. It may seem strange and wrong at first glance, but it's what special relativity predicts and it's what happens in reality. However, the effects don't become noticeable unless you are moving at a substantial fraction of light speed, which humans never do (yet).

Yup, speed increases, mass increases and relative time slows down.

Million Dollar Arcade got my vote this week. As a Penny Arcade fan you have to get that feeling sometimes. CAD was really really awful this week though :(.

Honestly, I really didn't like any of these too much. The best one was the "up down up down" charade that really isn't all that funny anymore. (they forgot the "Fatality" part at the end)

To be honest, the best comic this week is the combination of fear and loathing in Las Vegas and Super Mario Bros. for the "Today in Joystiq" post.

Which comic are you talking about? Because if you mean Robot Martini, that's not a fatality, that's the Konami code.

CAD was funny... once. It really lost it about a year ago, but Tim Buckley scores a funny every once in a while.

PA and DA were both great this week, and anyone who labels Dueling Analogs should read the news post, especially if they don't understand the webcomic community.

"Penny Arcade is the godfather of webcomics. I know other well-known webcomics came before them. But Penny Arcade changed the rules. They took a format that was only seen by few and made it global enterprise (with lots of credit going to Robert Khoo's marketing prowess). The number one webcomic in the world. Largest video game convention in North America. And now their own video game: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. And if this game succeeds it can send the message that webcomics can make profitable premises for video games. Much like PvP and MegaTokyo did for print.

Kudos, Tycho and Gabe. This is definitely an awesome accomplishment."

what part of that says "thrashing envy"? did you even read the post?

It's a representation of the facial expression of every character in the strip.

Also to explain the CAD rule as I understand it:
- Panel 1 stays the same
- Panel 2 and 3 removed
- Panel 4 has text removed

It's a shame not enough people can understand "the Case" comic this week. It's probable one of the better comics that's been released. Oh well, like the Judge dieing of the stupidity of people then I can understand how the comic wouldn't win.

I totally agree with VGCats on the Pokemon issue. I remember when there were 151, and it was great. Then Gold/Silver came out, and I was crushed. I haven't picked up a Pokemon game (other than Leaf Green/Fire Red) since. =(
