'One Man's Journey' tries and fails at Wii Fit

One Man's Journey recovers from the Rock Band disaster of '07 and releases another tale of self-realization. This time, the overly-optimistic Matt Downham is looking to lose some weight and (feeding into the hype) believes Wii Fit is going to get him to do that -- just like he wanted Rock Band to turn him into a rock star. Matt's faithful companion, Friend, joins him again on this adventure of self-discovery, standing by his side and offering his own special brand of support.

Of course, similar to what happened with Rock Band, Matt's hopes and dreams of Wii Fit curing his weight condition lead to what the movie advertisements refer to as a "roaring rampage of revenge" (after catching his breath from walking up the stairs). He roars. He rampages. We just hope Friend survives for the next big game launch sporting a plastic peripheral.

I agree that Kimbo has not really fought any worth while opponents as of yet ... He has almost exclusively fought stand up fighters ... The knock against all of the top Elite XC fighters (Kimbo,Carano, Cung Le & Big Foot Silva) is that they have never been tested on the ground ... I think Kimbo is a good ambasador of the sport and will probably end up fighting Tito Ortiz or Fedor emilinanko within the next 2 years ... I know Tito is a light heavyweight but with his UFC contract expiring I expect him to be signed to Elite XC or Adrenaline MMA ...

Hbo really needs to get with the program and start doing some MMA ... Even if it were Yamma Pit Fighting or the WEC it wouldn't matter to me ... I still love Boxing but it is equal to MMA now ... Can't wait to see the next Pavlik fight, MMosely vs Judah and of course Money Mayweather vs Chicken De La Hoya!

Kimbo vs Thompson is tailor made for Kimbo to win ... A big tall guy that likes to punch and doesn't grapple ... My dream card wouldbe an Elite XC vs UFC PPV card ... Although Dana White would never let it happen.... FABER VS PULVER JUNE 1ST ON VERSUS!!!!

There is a next gen MMA game coming out in 2009 ... Looks incredible ... The short demo/video has Rampage fighting Chuck Liddell ... Just type in UFC PS3 or UFC 360 and you will get the video if you haven't already seen it ... Looks incredible
