I spent the day adding CFW to my brand new slim psp and downloading a ton of homebrew games and other nifty little applications, including a few classic system emulators.
Also, after some digging to find my old PSX discs, I was able to rip a couple and get them up and running on my PSP!!
Finally, I ordered a 8gb msd card off newegg b/c I realized that the 2gb one I was going to share with my digital camera is simply not going to be large enough!
This thing is awesome!

Don't start thinking that's what Sony wants to be done with it.

It looks like they're in plastic wrap? And if so, that makes them much less appealing. If that's not plastic wrap, there's something wrong there. o.o
I just beat Ridley (again) in Metroid Prime. Man, that second stage is annoying... when he's on the ground, charging and whipping his tail at you? Argh. Glad that's over... Again.

I'm playing through Metal Gear Solid 3 in anticipation of MGS4. That consumed a good 4 hours or so.
Also, I got in some Boom Blox, Mario Party 8, and Mario Kart Wii when some friends came over...
...I'm never able to convince them into some Smash Bros, though. :(

Played maybe 3 hours of FFXII, 3 hours of KOTOR, and an hour of a single boss in Odin Sphere. It's almost like I was trying to pick games that are more work than fun to make up for the day off.

Hey, my Joystiq friends. I'm leaving for a weeklong vacation later today (Tuesday) to Louisiana. Visiting family and the like (first time I left AZ in over three years =_=;). Probably won't have Internets while over there, so I won't be able to play/chat with you guys until next week.
So, smell ya later!

Like I said, I have family there (to be specific, they live in Luling, a small town near New Orleans). I know how it is. :)
In fact, my grandpa is one of those crazy drivers. I swear, every time I'm in the car with him, I feel like I'M gonna have a heart attack...
And to think, he's NEVER been in an auto collision his entire life...
