I'd guess there are more titles we haven't heard anything about, but I don't suspect the service to have new titles every week, at least early on. I'd rather see more VC titles anyway, or at least higher quality ones. WiiWare doesn't interest me yet, aside from Pokemon Ranch.

As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. I hope Wii ware will last for a long time, but I don't know. I think the next few months (4-6) there will be at least a new game every week, but then it'll start slowing down.

Strong Bad is all you can think of, wiifanboy? What about Sam and Max, and heck... all three of High Voltage's titles. There are tons that I'm looking forward to. It will be a while before they slow down. Plenty of developers are jumping on this, and from what I've seen so far, it's a far better bang for the buck than VC titles. I think WiiWare will kinda sufficate VC title production for a bit.

I have been extremely satisfied with the flow at this point. I loved Lost Winds and FFMLAAC is freaking addictive. Now I am looking forward to World of Goo and Strong Bad in the immediate future. Looking way out I am also hot for a new Bomberman and Animals de la Muerte in September. I expect more cool announcements soon, so I don't think we need to worry about WiiWare.

The only thing I've bought through WiiWare was Star Soldier R and I was happy with that. Looking forward I don't know what else to get excited about. Though to be fair, I haven't really been keeping up to date with WiiWare or VC since getting home from college. Heck I rarely know what Wii games are coming out week to week now.

I think it's nice they're doing it at a slower rate, instead of just throwing everything they have at once.

I suspect we'll have at least another month with a solid rate of two titles (give/take one) per week. Given the fact that there have been titles like Protothea, Toki Tori, Major League Eating, Gyrostarr, amongst others that were supposed to be launch, I can see things staying steady for awhile. Not to mention the titles that have been and will be given time when those other titles get released.

I think it will settle at a constant rate slightly higher than that of XBLA, personally, just because WiiWare seems to be a better option for low-cost Wii development than XBLA does for low-cost 360 development

I think the first couple of months will be strong, and about the end of summer it'll taper off considering the big games will be out. Once developers seen that Wiiware is a viable release option, they'll start developing more games, but I think there will be a bit of a dead zone from say..... August to October... and then it'll get swinging again.

If you look at systems like the PSP, as of late there hasn't been a great release of games for it since Final Fantasy Crisis Core. Not to say that it's comparable to the Wii, nevertheless even the PSN hasn't had a steady stream of *good* games. Even the PSP Fanboy mentions that there isn't much on the horizon.

For starters, WiiWare is going to have a few smash hits, and a few more are probably about 6 months away. Until then, we still have awesome classics on the VC to play / look forward too.

Then again, we WiiBoys are loving the abundant shovelware too.

I'd be shocked if we weren't getting at least 2 titles a week through Christmas...hopefully for the first year, but we'll see.

I think this would be a great opportunity to let the VC really shine. When WiiWare gets dry, release some awesome VC games.
