Several Joystiq readers have clued us in on a private beta for Tom Clancy's EndWar coming in June. Now Ubisoft has posted a signup page for those who have received an invitation, and a few details are given.
The three-week beta will take place during both June and July and is available only for Xbox 360 players. You will be able to play three maps in online 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 matches. The beta, available in English only, requires participants to have Xbox Live Gold membership, broadband internet connection and 3GB of hard drive space. The beta is available in English only.

I genuinely thought about signing up for a good 5 minutes before I remembered that I don't like to play PvP online and closed my browser window.
I'm still very interested in this game, however. I hope their control scheme works well enough to get me to pick up the single-player campaign.

The voice command for ordering around your army has me intrigued.

I thought about signing up and then remembered the Frag Dolls video showing this off.

I doubt I'll get picked, but I signed up for the hell of it. This game has more potential than previous attempts at console RTS games, and I'm really hyped because of it.

I was in a rush to sign up since I thought it was a First come first served type of thing.
Just reading it now.
However its nice to see that your typical sony arrogance is up and at it as usual.

Hopefully people will actually read the requirements when they go and sign up. I saw quite a few people during the first wave of CoD4 Beta testers complaining that they couldn't do it because they had silver accounts or whatever. Same went with foreigners taking the codes (I know it says "English Only" and not "US Only" but if you don't speak English with a game that uses voice and language to play, you're just being an asshole).
Hope I get in though because I've been looking forward to this game since it was announced a while back.
