The best part about the second digital comic in the series is that there's finally voice acting this time around. However, with rumors flying about the comic not going to PSP but to DVD, we might not get to enjoy this beautiful "game" on our handheld. If it doesn't come to PSP, that would be a shame. Well, at least we have this clip.

Rude indeed. This concerns to us because the first one WAS on PSP. And well, it's a digital comic, an entire new way to enjoy the story (Majed mentions there's even stuff not present in the game). So... if you don't care about a new take on the story, well that's fine, but TALK FOR YOURSELF.

why would someone actually read from the television also judging by the resolution of the clip it is a 75% that its going to be on PSP also the chance that it will be on DVD might increase since they were doing the 2nd digital comic project beforehand

I hope this rumor is false. It would be foolish not to release this on psp. Especially now, seeing as MGS has never been more popular. I wouldn't be surprised if they released it on both psp and dvd.
What's going on with Portable Ops 2? I suppose Kojima Productions is going to wait until MGS 4 has had it's time to shine, before they announce anything.

I think it should go on DVD and on the PS Store, that way everyones happy. Apart from MAC users.
