Blockbuster wanted us to remind you of its plans to "significantly expand its games business," including the special $500 PS3 bundle comprising a 40GB console, a PS3 Bluetooth remote, an HDMI cable, Spiderman 3 on Blu-ray, the Transformers video game (for PS3, of course), and the opportunity to rent one free PS3 game or Blu-ray movie a week for twelve consecutive weeks.

To help you remember, we're giving away a 40GB PlayStation 3 without all the other stuff. All you've got to do to win (perfect timing for Metal Gear Solid 4, eh?) is follow these five easy steps:

To enter this giveaway, leave a comment telling us where you buy your gaming gear from (we concentrate really hard and it just appears).
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).
Limit 1 entry per person per calendar day (comment more than once and you'll be disqualified, but try again tomorrow).

I travel to Japan and steal it because they have all the new gear.

I Go to Best Buy and GameStop

Games R Us, Game stop and Besy Buy generally.

I buy my stuff from Gamespot or Best Buy

I buy from best buy or circuit city.

I usually buy at either Best Buy, or off of half.com.

Game Stop,Amazon.com, or my local game store near the college as well in ocean beach known as Luna Video Games. Occasionally best buy.

EB Games usually. Or secondhand from friends.

Fry's Electronics and GameStop.

Usually Best Buy because its convenient and I get gift cards there. If I'm pre-ordering, Amazon or whoever has the best deal.

I work for Blockbuster, so I tend to buy there...although anything i can't get at work I get at a local Game store called Monster Video Games and Comics. They're the former management of Rhino Video Games that created a new shop.

Ebay, where I sell them back when I'm done. It's like my own personal Gamefly.

I usually buy my gears from gamecrazy or gamestop. But i also buy from bestbuy and circuit city

Best Buy, typically, but a lot of the time I'll get things from eBay or play-asia for my neo geo, pc engine duo, and ps2

Usually get my stuff from Futureshop or EB Games. Occasionally Microplay.

That's an easy one. I usually go to Gamestop, or the Best Buy that is right next door to it. If one doesn't have what I want, the other usually does. :-)

I buy games from Gamefly if possible, because the prices are already low but the %10 off and gamefly coupons are an even better deal.

If it's not available on Gamefly, which happens quite frequently, I either go to Target, Best Buy, or I buy online from Amazon or something.

But never Gamestop...

I normally get games from my local Fred Meyer.

I choose Amazon.

Bestbuy because it is convenient.

Amazon; I just can't bring myself to be a Gamestop "collaborator" (to use a loaded and increasingly obscure term).

i buy my gaming swag at best buy, havent gotten anything new in the past year though.
