Age of Conan's incredible shrinking breasts

Age of Conan's developer, Funcom, recently went on an accidental mass breast reduction spree within the MMORPG. The company writes on its forum (registration required) that a slip in the code from an earlier patch caused the "morph values" for character models to become altered. Apparently, the only body part -- at least, the only part anyone's complaining about -- to become amended were player's breasts.

The company posted that it is working to fix the error and informs players, "Your breasts should be back to normal soon." Thankfully, Age of Conan's mammary incident didn't have some reverse effect on men's pectorals.

You're right, they probably shrunk after Itagaki quit due to not getting royalties for the large breast physics. :p

sounds like bull to me. more likely they caved to some pressure about the breasts being too big and have to go back on it because of player backlash.

from a girl who plays this game, this is awesome. and i'm not coming from the "feminist" point of view, moreso the "hey, let's make boob size realistic if the game's goal is realism". every npc with double D's doesn't cut it!

If the big selling point for AoC is realism, they I don't see why they would want comically large WoW style breasts in the first place. I think the second picture is much more appropriate.
