See the first image from Quantum of Solace

Interested to see what Treyarch is doing with the 007 license? GamesRadar has obtained the first image of Quantum of Solace, built on the Call of Duty 4 engine and due out this fall alongside the film. What can we glean from this screenshot? Well, there's Daniel Craig, and he will probably use a pistol while standing by an indoor body of water at some point. We eagerly await the next screenshot to find out what, exactly, Daniel Craig would shoot at.

Considering that the game is due out around the movies release (november, right?) that's like 4 more months to work on it. Honestly I don't know if 4 months will be enough time to fix the graphics. I'm not sure if this is a zoomed in screenshot taken at a lower resolution, or if the textures are all terrible, but it looks like a very generic bond game.

Nothing scares me more than the words "developed by Treyarch"

You know, I was a huge fan of Goldeneye in it's day - it was an awesome game. But it's pathetic that all James Bond games since then have been these ridiculous 1,000-body count shooters.

Hasn't anyone working on these games seen the films? James Bond is a secret agent who usually stays undercover (aside from the occasional car chase or guard killing). He's not Rambo.

I saw Live and Let Die once and that movie had a half hour chase across a Louisiana Bayou. That would make for a kickass video game, thus I agree with you.

Shame, COD4 engine is a multi-plat compromise. I can only imagine how good it could have been had they licenced the engine that NaughtyDog developed for Uncharted Drakes Fortune...

From one picture, it's impossible to be more (or less) interested in the game, but I was already anticipating a new James Bond game, and with different studio making it, it'll be interesting to play.
