by far the best week for DLC up until now. I wish that it had Pork and Beans to make it perfect, but oh well. I can't wait till next Thursday. *prepares credit card*

I have a theory about the red album...for science sake how old are you guys that like the red album?

look guy... All Weezer is good, Some better than others
(Blue, Green, Pinkerton = Awesome) (Maladroit = Mediocre)
and the red Album has serious problems (Any track that wasn't sung by Rivers) but the tracks included in this track pack are ALL GOOD.
and I'm 23...(not that it matters)

The Green Album was a huge disappointment to me at the time. Besides the singles, there's very little to redeem that album. I'd actually rate Maladroit higher. But I think we can all agree that the first two are TEH SHIT. I don't know which I'd rather have for Rock Band.

I just thought that the lyrical content might appeal more to the over-coddled, generation Y's that think waaaayyyy to much of themselves and believe that they are entitled to everything.

carry on...

That does it. I will acquire said Rockband and rule over it as my dominion. Said Pixies shall populate its forests and valleys.

Does anyone else start singing "Easy like Sunday morning" during the chorus of Dreamin'?

No? Just me? ...okay!

Sweet Jesus, Doolittle! Can't wait to scream like [I] hate that bitch to Tame. Such a great album. Here's to more Pixies tracks in Rock Band!

The only way next week could be better is if they released 'Heart Songs' 'Everybody Get Dangerous' and 'Pork and Beans'. Regardless I'll be buying the Weezer pack next week. I'll most likely pick up 'Doolittle' as well just because I picked up the last two albums.

Doolittle is incredible. Also, is it just me, or do the tracks that don't feature Rivers singing kinda blow on Red Album?

Seriously at least the bends. It would be the easiest to make. No Pablo Honey please. We need more Radiohead. Make it so.

I agree with this person.

Paranoid Android, Electioneering, Street Spirit (Fade Out), Talk Show Host, Jigsaw Falling Into Place, Optimistic, Knives Out, 2+2=5...why am I cursed to only play Creep and My Iron Lung?
You can do so much better when it comes to Radiohead than those two songs.
I can see why some of the Kid A, Amnesiac, Hail to the Thief stuff has no chance of ever showing up...but please god pick something that isn't their early Pablo Honeyesuqe stuff and give us some new Radiohead.

I would love to sing Sit Down Stand Up.

Anybody else want some The Mars Volta in Rock Band? The drums from the new album would be incredibly difficult and the singing you can go to town on.

I also second this. De-Loused would be crazy. Frances would be great, and Fernando could sing along to half of it! The new one is growing on me. Didn't care much for Mechamputechture, save a few songs.

I think Deloused would fit the best. It is my favorite TMV album but L'Via L'Viaquez would be 12 minutes of pure badassery. 32 minutes of Cassandra Gemini would be an instant sore throat and after screaming about ice picks and fetuses my parents would think I am crazy. Amputechture is an enjoyable album but doesn't stand out. Bedlam is pretty awesome.

I added an unnecessary 'Mech' at the beginning of 'Amputechture' for reasons unknown. Please forgive my mistake fellow MV fans. Btw, one of the best bands you'll EVER see live! That is, until I see Radiohead in August! :P

I've been a long time Weezer fan and unfortunately, the Red album is not very good. Pork and Beans is about the only Weezer-esque song on the album. I like Rivers better when he was depressed.

listen to the weezer album again... and again and again and try and figure out what they are trying to say... it has a lot to do with growing up despite the fact that you might not want to... it seems really simplistic the first few listens but it isn't... plus those songs are so perfect for rock band... and to the genius that said all albums after pinkerton are the band telling ex fans to f-off... god you couldn't be more wrong... whether you like the album or not, when compared to most of the music that comes out now, it's pretty freakin' great... compared to the blue album... well, pretty much every song on that album is a classic but that doesn't make red any less kick-ass, bro...

Boring. The new Weezer music sucks. And the Pixies? Can we have some real Rock and Roll please?!? I'd rather sing Rammstein in German than this crap.

Guys, guys, guys, guys, guys...

Rivers doesn't need books to know how to ROCK! He says so RIGHT THERE in the FIRST track!!!

Also, he went to Harvard.

Yeah, I can't tell the difference. They might as well have called Weezer "I can't believe it's not Pixies."

I love LOVE Weezer. Pinkerton, Blue, Green, even Make Believe, but this Red Album is very disappointing. I won't be buying any of these even though Weezer is one of my favorite bands.
