Here it is, Call of Duty: World at War debut trailer
59
You've known about it for a while, you've been teased and now it's finally here. Debuting on the Xbox Live Marketplace earlier this morning and now available for internet viewing is the first look debut trailer for the upcoming Call of Duty: World at War. We'll let the trailer speak for itself, but be on the lookout for a few of barbecued bodies, body knifing, tree climbing and the occasional man who is on fire. Give the trailer a watch and tell us if you think World at War can reach the same level greatness Infinity Ward achieved with CoD4.

Good catch, considering it's called World at War, makes sense that you'd travel to different theaters.

Anyone notice that the PS3 logo is missing? Games for Windows and Xbox 360 both get their share of screen space but Sony's console is missing.
Is this a Microsoft exclusive? Damn.

COD 3 was a joke, and a lot of people were suckered into purchasing thinking "Oh this will be BETTER than COD 2"...well it wasn't.
Campaign was a joke. Multiplayer was fun for a while, but Infinity Ward does it right.
Also to Teabag. Since it debuted on a Microsoft console...I seriously doubt they'd jump for the chance to show of Sony's name all over Marketplace.
And to Marcus Fenix...Treyarch is making this game, and although both Treyarch and Infinity Ward make COD titles, I don't think they share in-house engines. As seen between COD 2 to 3 and 3 to 4. Totally different engines. This seems to be a revamp of the COD 3 engine, judging from the trailer. But if you have read information stating it is in fact an updated COD 4 engine, I apologize. Also it's not called Alone in the Darking...it's just Dark, lol.
And to everyone who's hating on WW2 games, calling them cash cows or opting the easy way out; have you actually read or watched the process these developers go through to make these games? Shooting the weapons, recording their sounds, is just an example. I'm sure it's fun, but it's hard work. Better than just making some generic space shooter about aliens or some shit. L2play scrubs.
