Here's the Call of Duty: World at War trailer

I don't really see anything compelling in this trailer.

I'm pretty sure they are not gonna hit the same milestone as Call of Duty 4, this game is FAIL.

Maybe Gears2 if I get the cash to buy a 360. If I don't then I'll have to wait a year for a PC-version. Would suck, but did it with the first Gears.
Also, really hope the SciFi COD6 rumors are true, that would be awesome, would add nicely to KZ2 next year.

im sick and tired of the ex-military people who go off on us just because we want a more realistic, grittier, visually appealing game. dont get me wrong, i mean no disrespect for the armed forces, i truly admire how many of them give their lives for us, but please dont just go off on us just for wanting a better game.

I will definitely buy this game. The vehicle's(read previous posts) and napalm are a nice touch. There are a lot of WWII games out on the market, but Call OF Duty has always had the best no matter what the developer. This looks like they did do what they say they were going to do. Use the COD4 engine in it, because the physics are almost identical.

To whoever said FPS is a dying genre. What the F*** are u thinking. FPS is still going strong. Obviously you have little knowledge of video games and are a fanboy (or fangirl) of some sort, to just leave a comment about that. why don't you just sell your gaming equipment and not say something with out eveidence to back it up. And if you do have evidence please reply back.

honestly at this point if you want "The most authentic [insert genre/instrument/gun here]" take it on for real. A lot of my friends have the same conversation of "This game is nothing like real war!" Well no shit, considering when people die, their bodies don't fade away for the sake of gpu resources being used and they empty their bowels. lol.

If you want a real war experience, join the armed services. If you want an authentic drum experience, buy a real drum kit and join a band. I'm pretty sure that someone in Iraq or a hot zone wouldn't exactly enjoy having a nice relaxing fully-rendered HD war going on in their room when they have to wake up to the same thing every morning.

and another option, you could get a game design degree and invent the "poo poo" engine. lol. or use havok or PhysX to simulate someone's body being blown apart? iuno, just all ideas. i'm bored. let's move on quickly.

and this game should be called Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault....oh wait.

I for one am looking forward to its release. I have served and seen combat and personally don't feel put off by the realism or violence that this trailer suggests...

But thats just me and I am not assuming that other returned servicemen want or need to experience a game which might stir up unwanted memories.

I think that as the games evolve and the graphics become more life like, we need to take a step back and decide as individuals whether or not each game will provide what we are looking for in a gaming experience. If the answer to that question is "no" then be an adult about it and don't buy it, it's as easy as that.

Your dollar staying in your pocket will always speak louder than your voice on any forum and if a developer crosses that invisible line between good taste and poor form, let your money do the talking for you.

This game looks so epic and it better have awesome online play cause i pre-ordered it today :D

I think that a sci-fi cod6 will be really shitty and will put cod in the gutter leave the whole sci-fi game thing to halo and star trek, because a CoD: 2210 future warfare would jst be gay all though that sounds like a kick ass name :P
