Yep. They also released a patch to curb spawn camping., and to adjust a few weapons to balance it out a bit more. 50 player maps now include Solar Farm, Oil Field, Village, Boneyard and (soon) Gnaw.

this is the one flaw with xbox live and i guess any other online services including pc. If a game doesnt become super popular and mainstream, and you dont buy it when it first comes out you can forget about ever enjoying the multiplayer aspect of the game online. or look forward to long waits to find a game.

Not to mention that you often come under fire from the general gaming community for playing it when you do find games. That's one thing I will never understand about the community at large: The necessity to bring down people who are getting enjoyment out of something you yourself don't enjoy.

This is great news, the frontlines community is alive & very well. Since it had a substantial price drop it seems a wave of new players are online. Last night i had difficulty getting into the 50 player servers as it was so busy! Alot of my friends picked this up for achievements & couldn't put it down, very much like the old battlefield than the new bad company. Can't wait for the next three maps!
