I'd like to see Pikmin Wii. The Conduit is slated for Q1 2009, so while that won't be a holiday '08 title, I'm hoping to hear some more about that (maybe something about online capabilities?). A new Nintendo franchise would also be welcome, because Nintendo knows how to make good games, but sometimes their old franchises seem really overdone.

As a DS owner, I would jump for joy over The World Ends With Wii...

Pikmin, Guitar Hero: World Tour, a new game from Nintendo, Disaster: Day of Crisis, and(Hopefully!) another Zelda game(though it would probably come out in '09).

The only thing I REALLY want to see at E3 – as in I don't care what else gets shown just so long as I see this – is Shinji Mikami's game...and I REALLY hope it's for the Wii (even though I'm already planning to buy either a PS3 or 360 for Bayonetta).
However, since I've become incredibly f--king jaded, I otherwise expect absolutely nothing from 3rd parties worth getting excited over. At least nothing exclusive.
...and if the Wii gets passed over for Mega Man 9, I'm gonna be PISSED.
But if I put stock in the rumors at all, I guess I'm kind of excepecting to see that Shenmue compilation and Skies of Arcadia 2 from Sega.
Maybe Zack & Wiki 2 from Capcom (and that inevitably awful Mega Man Scamble Battle game)...possibly a DMC spin off, too.
If we don't see that Final Fantasy game from Square, I suspect it really is dead.
That said, I DO expect Kingdom Hearts 3 to be announced for the Wii probably at TGS.
As far as Nintendo goes, I'm still not completely convinced about Kid Icarus, so if it doesn't show up, I won't be surprised...but at this point, I'm kind of expecting to see it, admittedly. If it is real, I don't expect to see it this year, though since, supposedly, development only started back in January. So either the game gets banged out in 11 months and sucks or we see it in 2009.
My craaaazy E3 Nintendo prediction list is this:
• Kid Icarus Wii
• DKC 4 (Wii Ware?)
-if DKC4 IS on Wii Ware, I expect Nintendo to announce/tease other series for it
• A storage solution
• Retro's rumored Zelda spin off/whatever they've been up to
• Wii Music (with storage solution?)
• Wario Land
• Mario Party 9
• Animal Crossing
• MAYBE that all new Nintendo series rumor. Capitan Rainbow?
Things I'd LOVE to see announced from Nintendo or 3rd parties but am not expecting would be...
• Viewtiful Joe 3 on Wii Ware
• Okami 2
• God Hand 2 (but I'd settle for a port of the original!)
• Mega Man 9 (not holding my breath for a Wii version, which is stupid)
• Space Channel 5 Wii
• a first person lightsaber game (WHY can't they just do this already?!)
• And just to bring this post full circle, I'd LOVE IT if Mikami's game was Streets of Rage 4 that played like God Hand.

I'm not hoping for too many KH3 announcements as much as i'm waiting for a 258/2 Days release date.
Though if KH3 does come on the PS3...i'll be a little pissed. Keyblade Waggle would work perfectly...especially if they pleased people who want PS controls and include Classic Controller support.

Lets see now..
-Kid Icarus everyone talks about. Something tells me its not gunna happen, just becasue everybodys talking and speculating about it. But hey I'd still like it so I'm part of that group.
-New Zelda? Too soon. I think it will be announced right after E3 to be honest. I'd still like a Zelda built from the ground up for Wii, and for people who are saying it, it WON'T be another toon-shaded Zelda. There was just another one of those last December. I think it should be a sequel to Twilight Princess, and make the goal to surpass Ocarina of Time in terms of reviewers' praise. (I didn't think Ocarina of Time was the best, Twilight Princess was by a long-shot.)
-I think they might go a little more in depth with the Mario sports titles, since they're bringing back baseball. How come nobody wants Mario Tennis? That would be perfect on the Wii.
-More on Disaster? Most likely. Its gone too far without new screens or trailers, and Monolith barely gave us any sort of gameplay footage.
-Reggie, or somebody from Nintendo, did say that all major franchises will have announced answers to them in the form of new reiterations and sequels by the end of the year, but he didn't mention all of them to be in E3. What I want immediately is a new StarFox, new Pokemon, and most importantly, since he's due for a miracle like Jungle Beat, a Donkey Kong Country 4.
-The Conduit will probably have more to it, as well as Sadness, Deadly Creatures and MadWorld.
-A new Nintendo IP? Definitely expect that. I thiknk that its time that Nintendo does what they did in 2001 and bring out a new series (Pikmin) and blow everyone's mind.
-This year's E3 is going to rule. Everyone who said that Nintendo went gimmicky and casual is about to eat their words.
-Amen.

Don't you think they're aiming for a Zelda better seen than Ocarina of Time since it came out? Nobody wants the franchise never to see anything better...
And then, I don't think a Camelot-made Mario Tennis, like the awesome one on the 64 will come. I mean... They're making
We Love Golf instead of Mario Golf... And I hope to be wrong.

Very true man. As much as I'm against milking franchises for all they're worth, I think that all of these sports packages I would respect more if they had Mario in the title.

A Panzer Dragoon game -preferably a Saga type game seeing as I never got around to playing that game. Maybe a Rent-a-Hero game. A couple of 3D traditional fighters: Fighters Megamix, Vipers, Last Bronx. And I'd love to see Sonic and Mario in a platformer. It seems unlikely but the thought of Mecha Bowser makes me excited.
Back in reality, Fatal Frame and that Platinum Games game looks cool. As does Blast Works - PAL release?

i hoping for a couple things, a whole new franchise from nintendo. Maybe waluigi gets his due justice finally. Luigi's Mansion 2 would be cool. Then a Hockey Game! Anything NHL 09, NHL Hitz, Mario Hockey, something please. I can't keep playing Blades of Steel. I am kind of a sports game junkie, i just love them. And yes I love them on the Wii, becuase i am a Nintendo junkie.

After playing that star fox mini game in wario ware, I've been longing to play a new star fox with motion controls. I'd settle for the unreleased star fox 2 with new controls on wii ware.

Kid Icarus, and if not that, then whatever Factor 5 is working on
Equally, to discover what those guys from Retro Studios have been up to since MP3. Wario Land Shake given some sort of US date i would love to see, and also confirmation that Wii Music and Disaster: Day of Crisis are still in the works
I really don't think the rumored "Built for Wii" Zelda is going to show this time around, since Nintendo's new trend seems to be to wait, and i wouldn't expect that new Zelda to come to us before Q2 2009, and most likely be a holiday 09 title
Also: The storage solution. After the Fischer fracas, i think it would be an excellent way to repair the damage that that caused by alleviating our fears and announcing a solution.
The casual focus will go to Wii Music, probably. But unlike Wii Fit, Wii Music's a game i have been after for a while

A new Zelda would be great but I wouldn't expect it for Christmas, although no dout they've been working on one since Twilight Princess released so two years could be plenty of time to get a brilliant Zelda released.
For DS possibly another Super Mario Bros or a Paper Mario game for DS would be an interesting concept.
F Zero has potential for release, or Wave Race. I'd buy either of those. F Zero looked amazing on Gamecube and that could be pushed farther on Wii, and motion controls shout out for Wave Race.

Things I aniticipate:
Kid Icarus
New IP
Wii Music
Things without much evidence to back up, but would still put money on:
Star Fox (the biggest of their established franchises that hasn't hit Wii yet....if it controls like the 9-volt boss stage in WWSM I can die happy)
Explosion of WiiWare....possibly updated version of classic franchises that wouldn't justify a full disc game (ice climber, duck hunt, etc)
Holding out hope:
Storage
Patch for Rock Band to be able to get DLC after announcment of storage (I don't wanna have to buy a 360 forn this)
Teaser for new Zelda....to be released holiday 2009 (or 10)
