Double D Dodgeball coming to XBLA on July 30

It's rare that we find out Xbox Live Arcade release dates this early, but it's right there in green and black in the above trailer: The July 30 release for XBLA will apparently be Double D Dodgeball. So, the question we have to ask ourselves now is, "Should we care?"

Let's do pros and cons. Pro: Yuke's Future Media Creators is a really wonderful name for a video game company. Cons: The gameplay-free trailer above is really terrible and DDD is competing against another dodgeball game that pits pirates against ninjas. Well, that equals one pro and two cons ... looks like you can begin the forgetting about Double D Dodgeball process whenever you're ready.

That screencap made it look like the guy was getting "boobed" in the face. Combined with the name, I call that false advertising!

Basically I was saying how im upset on lack of puzzle games on XBLA while there are now 3 dodgeball games.

ok so XBLA Does not even have a single puzzle game like the adventures of lolo or chips challenge (chips challenge with a level editor and online level sharing would jsut be so awsome), yet it has 3 fucking dodgeball games (or will once pirates vs ninjas dodgeball is out with this one). WTF is going on here? Dodgeball, seriously. Did I miss the popularization of this game? Because all I can recall is a 2004 movie which got poor reviews and a couple days in grade 7 gym class.

Like what happened to the incredible machine by sierra? That was like the only puzzle game ever announced for the XBLA and its completely disapeared. Instead we have 3 dodgeballs games. AHHH
