The Murloc costume above only placed second in Blizzard's Worldwide Invitational 2008 costume contest. Interested to see what came in first? Check out WoW Insider's gallery of the costume (and dance!) contest, complete with their own colorful commentary.
When you get through with that, be sure to check out their major gallery of the WWI event, including some hawt ogre-on-ogre action.

That would go against Blizzard anti-girl policy.
NOT a girl among the winners for ALL catogories(dance, costumes, Machinima)
female belf group had to dance for 24 seconds (supposed to be 30 secs per contestant, but they put people race/gender groups instead to speed things up) while a some guy filling in for dwarf Kazachoc had 4 mins alone. (the guy admitted he still had to see a dwarf dance already since he never saw it before signing up).
guess you'll see less girls from now on on blizz cons if they keep up mistreating them... too bad for us.
Did Blizzard Eu really become attuned to the "Gay Paris"?
